# Meetings

> Schedule meetings with Martin to discuss specific topics.

Martin will do some research and create an agenda for the meeting ahead of time.

## Example Meeting Agendas

* Work plans for the next 2 weeks
* Travel plans for October
* Study session for the next exam
* Diet and exercise plan for the next week
* Mental health and productivity check-in

## Setup

1. Tap the account icon in the Martin app and select "Meetings".
2. Optionally turn on daily morning syncs and evening debriefs.
3. Manage your upcoming meetings with Martin.
